• For above Package Rates minimum group size of 08 persons or more is required.
• Small groups with less than 08 persons will attract additional cost per person for day tour arrangements.
• Max. Occupancy in each room – 4 (Four) persons only : Double + Max. 2 Extra persons with or without bed
• Children upto 5 years free of charge, if sharing the same bed with parents.
• Children from 6 years upto 12 years will be charged @ 80% of the above package rates.
• Children above 12 years will be charged as an adult as per above package rates.

• The above package rates are for single person only inclusive of taxes.
• Rooms will be provided on twin / double sharing basis with complimentary buffet breakfast in the hotel.
• For 2D / 1N package : 2 B/f, 2 Veg Lunch & 1 Non Veg Dinner included.
• For 3D / 2N package : 3 B/f, 3 Veg Lunch & 2 Non Veg Dinner included.
• For 4D / 3N package : 4 B/f, 4 Veg Lunch & 3 Non Veg Dinner included.
• Specified Day Tours will be conducted as per their day wise fixed itineraries as mentioned overleaf.
• For Standard Package specified Non AC vehicles / Tempo Travellers will be provided for day tours.
• For Deluxe / Super Deluxe Package AC specified vehicles / Tempo Travellers will be provided for day tours.
• Sight seeing day tours standard timings : 8.00 am to 8.00 pm subject to change where required.
• Toll charges, parking charges, basic entry fees in museums included in this package.
• Services of Tour Assistant, Local Guide, Destination Expert will be made available where required.
• Local Veg. Lunch, Evening Tea & Water Bottle will be provided in Day Tours in the local eateries as available.
• Typical Kolhapuri Non Veg. Dinner will be provided in the hotel or any other restaurant as available.

• Special service or Room service will not enetrtained in these packages.
• Apart from inclusions mentioned in package as above, all other food items & drinks ordered will be charged extra.
• Liquor, Wine, Soda, Soft-drinks, Packed drinking water, etc. will be charged extra as per menu card rates.
• All other services ordered will be chargeable extra as per the normal practice.
• All hotel & other bills will have to be settled in cash on presentation.

1. Above package bookings will have to be confirmed atleast 03 working days before the date of arrival.
2. Above tour package confirmations will be given only after receiving full payment in specified bank account.

Confirmed package bookings are non-refundable and will not be cancelled under any circumstances.

No Show by any tour guest on arrival date will attract retention of full package charges without any refund.

• Hotel management reserves the absolute right of admission for any of the guests, pursuant to the hotel policy,  without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• Hotels accept all Major Credit and Debit cards (on prior notice)
• One Valid photo Identification document should be produced as identification at the time of  Check-In by all Indian Nationals.
• Original Passport and One valid colour photo identification document should be produced as identification at the time of Check-In by all Foreign Nationals.
• Pets (animals, birds) are strictly not allowed in Rooms as well as in Hotel premises.
